How do I return an item?

Enter your Email Address, Order Number and list the items you would like to return.

Once you have filled out the form above, click return, you will get confirmation your request has been received.

You will receive an email shortly, confirming your returns request has been approved.

Are there any charges for my return?

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Indonesia reimport tax will be deducted from the value of any refund amount

We recommend using a reputable logistics company, to ensure that your return items reach us in a timely fashion.

What items can I return?

You have 30 days from day of purchase to return your garment.

Any returned items must be in original packaging and condition

Garments must be unworn and unwashed with both tags and hygiene seals in place.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your returned garment, you will receive an email confirming if your refund request has been authorized.

Authorized refund requests will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days, please note that if free shipping was sleeted, the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due.
