Who delivers my new swimwear?

The carrier for international shipments is DHL Express Worldwide.  For shipments within Indonesian our chosen carrier is JNE Express.

What does it cost?

For up to two pieces of swimwear international shipping is charged at $15. For orders over $150 your swimwear is shipped for free.  Domestic purchases within Indonesia are shipped for free with JNE Express.

How Long does it take?

We dispatch your new sustainable swimwear within twenty-four hours of receiving your order, delivery times vary dependent on geographical location, regardless of location your new sustainable swimwear should be with you between 3 and 7 working days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes you can, but only within eight hours of submitting your order.

Can I track the delivery of my new swimwear?

Absolutely, once you place your order, you will receive your DHL/JNE tracking number, which can be used to track the travels of your swimwear to your door.

Will I have to pay additional duties and taxes for the import of my swimwear?

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the the customer.
