Order through the usual product page, once you have paid, send us your measurements, along with order number, and we’ll start producing your custom swimwear within twenty-four hours.

Cinnamon Swimwear uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details, nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
Shipping
We offer flat rate international shipping of $15 for up to 2 items of swimwear. for orders over $150 we offer free international shipping.
Dependent on your geographical location, delivery times vary, from same day, to several. However regardless of your geographical location, your new sustainable swimwear will be with you between 3 and 7 wording days.
We will ship your new swimwear within twenty-four hours of purchase, upon shipping, you will receive your DHL tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your delivery.
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and variable dependent on country of receipt.
Returns
Head over to our Returns Page, provide you order ID and the email used to make your original purchase.
We’ll email your returns label for print, we recommend that you use a reputable carrier, we do not take responsibility for cost of returns.
Every item of swimwear undergoes rigorous quality control, before been packaged, however should you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will cover costs of returns and replacement of the item.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned items.
The issued refund, will have the original shipping costs deducted.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
